Our products

We sell artificial foliage panels for indoor decoration. Each listed price is for one panel, not a completed green wall. Fern Mix, Wild Mix and Canopy Mix are shown as 60 × 40 cm; Mini Jungle is shown as 25 × 25 cm. Check the selected style, size and quantity before paying.

Colours can vary with screens and lighting. Room scenes are styling illustrations, including AI-generated images. They do not show an exact panel count or include desks, equipment, pots or other plants. We must still supply goods that match their description and your statutory rights are not affected.

Choose a mounting method suitable for your wall and keep foliage clear of heat sources and equipment vents. No claims of fire resistance, air purification or acoustic performance are made.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include all applicable taxes and standard UK delivery.

Free UK delivery. Your complete order total is displayed before you pay.

We cover any import duties and customs-clearance charges, so you will not be asked to pay these on delivery. If a carrier requests payment, contact us before paying.

Placing and paying for an order

Select a panel on this website and continue to Stripe Checkout. You can change the number of panels and review or correct your order, contact and delivery details before pressing the final payment button. We use Stripe to process payment; payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout.

A purchase creates an obligation to pay the total shown. We acknowledge your order after payment. Your contract is accepted when we confirm the order for fulfilment. If we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any amount paid. Please keep your order confirmation and payment reference.

You can save or print these terms. The version supplied with your order applies to that order.

Delivery

We accept orders for delivery to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 7–14 working days from your order. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays. We email you with dispatch information.

Free UK delivery. See our Delivery & returns policy for the complete arrangements. If delivery is delayed, contact us. We remain responsible for the goods until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession. Nothing here removes your rights to a remedy for late or failed delivery.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

For standard online orders, you can change your mind until 14 days after receiving the goods. We arrange free collection, or agree a prepaid return-label arrangement with you. Our Delivery & returns policy explains how to cancel, refund timing and the separate rights that apply to faulty or misdescribed goods. A cancellation form is available, but you do not have to use it.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Cookie information explains the technology used by the website and checkout. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other visitors.

Your rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes rights relating to goods that are faulty, unsafe or not as described.
