UK delivery

Free UK delivery.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days from your order. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays. We email you with dispatch information.

We cover any import duties and customs-clearance charges, so you will not be asked to pay these on delivery. If a carrier requests payment, contact us before paying.

Enter a complete UK delivery address in checkout and check it before paying. Contact us if your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe. Unless you agree to a different timeframe, delivery will take place within 30 calendar days of your order. If we cannot meet the agreed delivery arrangements, we will contact you; your rights to cancel and receive a refund are unaffected.

Changing your mind

You can cancel a standard online purchase without giving a reason until 14 days after you receive your goods. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, the cancellation period runs from receiving the last item in that order. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email to support@wallverde.com or by writing to our business address. You can cancel before delivery too. Cancellation does not require our approval.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. This does not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Free returns

We arrange collection at our expense, or agree a prepaid return-label arrangement with you. Contact support@wallverde.com before sending goods yourself so we can arrange the return and provide the correct destination. You do not pay return-postage or collection charges under our return service.

If you agree to use a prepaid label, send the goods within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling, or a longer period we agree. We will not penalise you for a delay caused by us supplying a label or arranging collection. Keep the goods reasonably safe until collection or return and retain evidence of posting. These arrangements do not restrict your statutory rights.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation of the whole order, we refund the goods and any standard outbound delivery charge. Our standard UK delivery is free. Additional costs of a premium service you expressly requested are not refundable under the change-of-mind cancellation right.

We issue your cancellation refund within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. Because we offer collection, we do not wait for collection or warehouse receipt before that deadline. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional processing time.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please contact support@wallverde.com with your order reference and details of the problem. Photos can help us understand an issue, but we do not impose a short reporting deadline that removes your statutory rights.

UK consumers generally have a short-term right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days and further rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund where the law provides. Your rights are separate from our change-of-mind policy and apply to sale items too.
